Thank you for shopping with NASS. All profits from your purchase support people living with axial spondyloarthritis (axial SpA).
Where We Ship
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. We are unable to deliver to international addresses at this time.
How Our Orders Are Fulfilled
All NASS Shop products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Each item is individually produced once you place your order, which means there is a short production time before your order is dispatched.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Production time: 2–5 business days after your order is placed
- Shipping time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from placing your order
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product you order, as different items are fulfilled from different locations. Shipping rates are set by our fulfilment partners, not by NASS. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery through the carrier's website.
Undelivered or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If your order is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to amend an address once an order has been sent for production. If an order is returned to the fulfilment centre due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
