How our shipping works.
Delivery costs can look surprising. This page explains why.
Everything in the NASS Shop is made to order, especially for you.
We are a small charity team and we need to make every penny count. Rather than buying and holding stock, we work with specialist print-on-demand partners. This means we can offer a wide range of products without the risk of unsold stock. We only pay when an order is placed, so more money goes towards supporting people living with axial SpA.
Delivery works a little differently to a typical online shop, and can cost a little more.

Delivery costs
If you order products from different categories, you may see more than one shipping charge at checkout. This is because each product type is made and packaged separately, and ships in its own parcel. We don't add anything to these costs, they reflect exactly what our fulfilment partners charge us.
We've kept our product prices as low as we can. Building shipping into the product price would mean raising those prices for everyone, including people ordering just one item. We think showing the real cost is fairer. As a guide, UK shipping typically starts from around £3.25 per shipment."
How products are grouped for shipping
Items within the same group ship together in one parcel with one shipping charge. Here's how the groups work:

All printed t-shirts and polo shirts ship together

Hoodies and sweatshirts
All hoodies and sweatshirts ship together.

All-over print items
Products with all-over print designs ship together.

Travel drinkware
Travel mugs, water bottles and similar drinkware ship together.

Mugs and tumblers
Ceramic mugs and tumblers ship together.

Pet products
Collars, leads and accessories ship together.

Pin badges
Pin badges ship separately and are dispatched from the United States, so please allow a little longer for delivery, typically 1 to 2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once they're on their way
Common questions
Q: Can I reduce my shipping costs?
A: Yes. Ordering multiple items from the same group keeps costs down as they share one parcel. Additional items in the same group cost less to ship than the first.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to UK addresses only. Pin badges ship from the USA but are delivered to UK addresses.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production, plus delivery time. Most UK orders arrive within a week. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Q: Something's not right with my order, what should I do?
A: Please get in touch at shop@nass.co.uk and we'll sort it out for you.
